Data collection and processing purposes

FAMD sarl collects personal data on any user browsing, consulting and ordering on our site, including through the use of cookies in accordance with the legislation in force.

This collection of data takes place when the User :

creates an account.


subscribes to newsletters or alerts proposed by our company.


places an order or a return request on the site.


puts products in his shopping cart, through functional cookies, to allow him to finalize his purchase later contacts the Customer Service by any means of communication available to him such as email or cell phone.


browses the Site and consults articles


writes a comment or an opinion on an article

The data collected is necessary for the following processing:

Management and monitoring of commercial relations between FAMD sarl and the customer (including operations relating to orders, deliveries and returns, transactions, payments and invoices, complaints, etc.).

Sending commercial prospecting.

Personalization of the contents of the Site, display of targeted advertising including on social networks.

Sharing of information with our commercial partners, such as the transport companies La Poste and DPD, the review collection company Trusted Shop, the credit institution Société Générale and also the police services in the context of judicial requests.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User is informed that this automated processing of personal data has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The user may expressly object to the processing of his personal data. To do so, he/she simply needs to write to the email address david@wakagi.fr.


The User indicates his name, first name and postal address. His request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing his signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.


FAMD sarl has a period of 2 months from receipt of the User's request to respond. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or lack of response from FAMD.

Duration of data retention

FAMD sarl keeps the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or the prospect. The period starts either from the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to the customer service, or the sending of an e-mail to the customer service, or a click on a hyperlink in an e-mail sent by FAMD sarl, or the placing of products in the shopping cart without completion of the purchase, or finally a positive response to an e-mail asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial canvassing after the expiry of the five-year period. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, the information allowing to establish the proof of a right or a contract, or preserved under the respect of a legal obligation can be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Security measures taken by FAMD sarl to ensure the protection of personal data

La société FAMD sarl met en œuvre tout moyen technique conformément aux règles de l’art pour maintenir l’intégrité, la sécurité, la confidentialité des données et notamment empêcher qu’elles soient déformées, endommagées, ou que des tiers non autorisés y aient accès.

Lors du passage de la commande, aucune donnée bancaire n’est collectée ou stockée par la société FAMD sarl.  Famd sarl utilise les services de Sogecommerce ( Société Générale) certifiés PCI-DSS via le protocole de sécurité TLS 1.2 afin d’assurer la sécurité des paiements.

Prévention et lutte contre la fraude

Les données collectées sont également utilisées dans le cadre de la prévention et de la lutte contre la fraude notamment à la carte bancaire. FAMD sarl se réserve le droit de vérifier les données personnelles communiquées par le client lors du passage de la commande et d'adopter toutes les mesures jugées nécessaires à la vérification du fait que la personne dont le compte bancaire est débité est bien celle qui a passé la commande, ceci afin d’éviter tout paiement frauduleux. Cette vérification pourra prendre la forme d’une demande de justificatifs d’identité et/ou de domicile.

A défaut de réponse négative de la part du client, la société FAMD sarl se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande passée par le client.
